In 2005 the Colorado State Legislature passed Senate Bill 100 (SB100).  During the 2006 session of the legislature modifications were made to SB100.  One of the easiest ways to comply with the notification requirements under SB100 is to have all of the necessary information posted on a web site.

The web site also can be a source of information for realtors who are trying to buy or sell a unit.
